BREATHWORK · PRESENCE · EMBODIMENT

Come home to your breath.

Come home to your breath.

Embodied Breathwork is an invitation to slow down, listen inward and meet yourself with more presence.
Conscious, connected breathing in and out through the nose. Held with care, never forced.

NOT TO BECOME SOMEONE ELSE. TO FEEL MORE LIKE YOURSELF.

NOT TO BECOME SOMEONE ELSE. TO FEEL MORE LIKE YOURSELF.

01 / THE APPROACH

The breath is the beginning.

The breath is the beginning.

Embodied Breathwork is a conscious, connected breathing practice in and out through the nose. It can help with nervous system regulation, letting emotions move and finding back into your body.

Rooted in Rebirthing Breathwork and informed by somatic, trauma-aware practice, it invites you to notice sensations, emotions and inner patterns at a pace that feels supportive. Breath is the entry point, not the whole story.

02 / THE PERSON BEHIND THE PRACTICE

A space to be exactly where you are.

I’m Gianna. I create a space where you can slow down, turn inward and reconnect with yourself.

My intention is to guide you back to your inner trust. Allowing you to embrace who you are, discover new parts of yourself and unfold into your own potential.

You don't need to arrive with anything figured out. Just come as you are.

03 / ROOTED IN LEARNING

Learning in community. Practising with care.

A glimpse from the completion of my training. This work asks for presence, ongoing learning and respect for every person’s unique experience.

I’m a Certified Embodied Breath Practitioner, trained and certified by Embodied Breath Academy.
